What is the origin of the name, "Soymayo"?

We named "soymayo", because it is soy-based dressing sauce like mayonnaise.

You may put soymayo on the side salads, cooked vegetables, and on a slice of bread and toast it. That tastes very good. Also, we suggest using it as a substiture for seasonings such as butter,cheese, pasta sauce. For example, it is a good idea to use soymayo instead of butter when you bake cake. What are the differences between soymayo and normal mayonnaise?
